Masterworks is a survey of 60 masterpieces that are confirmed milestones in the history of art. The book features two spreads for each masterpiece -- one full-page, full-color spread for the piece itself, and a supplementary spread that uses enlarged details to discuss the technique and significance of each pointing, as well as its broader cultural context as on iconic work.
